What is the procedure of the custom development?
First of all you should clearly settle your requirements towards APIBIZ changes. Our quote manager will
study your desires, clarify some points if needed and raise a quote for the modifications. If you agree with
the quote the invoice is issued. After you pay it the project is scheduled.

During custom development our specialists hand in intermediate results of their work for you to approve them or correct some parts in accordance with your original specification. After a customization is implemented the project is to be tested. By your request we can fulfill all the modifications on our test
server in order that you will be able to make sure whether everything functions the way it should (properly). After testing all the modified files are uploaded to your server. Our developers maintain as continuous dialogue with you as possible thus to ensure the end result satisfies thoroughly your needs stipulated in
the original specification.

If you intend to implement a lot of modifications, we can divide the project into several stages. You pay for
the following part of the project after the preceding one has been completed. Thus your project consists of some logically accomplished independent parts, which makes it easier for you to be well informed of the modifications applied to your APIBIZ and to control the process itself.

When development is completed you should either confirm, in written form (via the "Communication center" of the Help Desk), that the modifications fully answer the original specification, or send the project to be finished off if something in the modification is left out or does not correspond to the original request. Please note, that your written approval does not mean that our specialists will stop consulting you on your project afterwards. During 4 months after the custom development is finished, you can, at no charge, turn to our experts for an advice or assistance on your project.
